If you make an online/spot reservation for any of the ecotourism programs in Nelliyampathy Forest Reserve, it will be deemed that you have agreed to our Booking/ Reservation and Rescheduling/ Cancellation Policy.

Booking/ Reservation policy:

  • 1. In normal course all bookings are to be made in Online mode, only through the website www.nelliyampathyecotourism.com

  • 2. Nelliyampathy Forest Reserve does NOT operate any other website and we take NO responsibility for losses suffered by guests who made bookings through any other website or travel agent.

  • 3. Spot bookings are done only at the discretion of Nelliyampathy Forest Reserve authorities and that too in unforeseen circumstances.

  • 4. Payments have to be made in-full at the time of booking.

  • 5. Booking/Reservations are Non-Transferable.

  • 6. Rescheduling and Cancellations will be allowed only as per our Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy.

  • 7. Check-in time and Check-out Times are mentioned in the program schedule of each program and shall be strictly adhered to. There shall be NO option for early check-in or late check-out.

  • 8. Activities included in the programs are subject to the terms and conditions of each Program.

  • 9. During check-in, all guests who are Foreign Nationals are required to present their Original Passports with valid Visas. Details of Foreign Nationals availing our services shall be shared with Police authorities as required by law. OCI Card holders shall present the same.

  • 10. Payment Gateway charges, Check-post entry charges, Taxes and Cess (as applicable by legislation) will be levied from the guests, the amount of the same will be displayed during online booking.

  • 11. During check-in, all guests who are Indian Nationals or OCI Card holders have to mandatorily produce any one of the below mentioned Government issued Identification Documents in Original.

    • Passport

    • Driving License

    • Voter ID Card

    • Aadhaar Card

    • OCI Card

While making each transaction for the purposes of online booking/purchase or spot booking, in additions to acceptance of specific conditions mentioned against each package/program, It is inferred that you've have read, understood and agreed to the terms, rules and conditions described above along with

Rescheduling/ Cancellation Policy:

  • 1. In case we are forced to cancel OR modify your Booking/Reservation due to natural calamities, acts of god, civil unrest, war, diseases, health risk, epidemics, disease, bandh, strike, hartal, Left Wing Extremism OR Terrorist activities OR its consequences, Government ordered lockdowns OR travel restrictions declared by the Government, Government Restriction on Tourism Activities in the Reserve and other unforeseeable events beyond our control, it will NOT be treated as a cancellation by Nelliyampathy Forest Reserve. In this case, you could choose to shift over to a mutually agreed new date at no extra cost OR avail a refund with minimum cancellation charges (lowest slab will apply).

  • 2. We reserve the right to cancel or modify Bookings/Reservations where it appears that the person who has booked the package/program has engaged in fraudulent OR unlawful activity OR has knowingly furnished incorrect information OR under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains OR has resulted from a mistake or error OR has resulted from.

  • 3. Users/Guests engaging in fraudulent activity of any sort shall be banned from our website and properties for a period which is deemed appropriate by the authorities of Nelliyampathy Forest Reserve.

  • 4. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings under unforeseen circumstances within our control where we need to close down the facility for repairs or for catering to VIP visits. Under such circumstances, it shall be treated as Cancellation by Nelliyampathy Forest Reserve and the guest shall be refunded in full or you could choose to shift over to a mutually agreed new date at no extra cost.

  • 5. Cancellation Requests shall be entertained ONLY through our website, direct inquiries regarding this shall not be replied to.

  • 6. In case the guest fails to show up for Booking/Reservations, no refund or rescheduling will be applicable. No further communication regarding this shall be entertained or replied to.

  • 7. Bookings/Reservations once made cannot be modified or rescheduled or canceled partially.

  • 8. Activities included in the programs are subject to the terms and conditions of each Program.

  • 9. Any refund will take at least 20 days to process, subject to approval of the same.

  • 10. Payment Gateway processing charges will not be refunded.

  • 11. Guests can cancel their bookings Online and the following cancellation charges will be levied.

    • 15 days before the date of arrival – 30% of Amount Paid.

    • 7 days before the date of arrival – 50% of Amount Paid.

    • 2 days before the date of arrival – 100% of Amount Paid.

  • 12. Rescheduling is not allowed within the last 48 hours before the booking date, except in cases of VIP visits, landslides, forest fires, or heavy rain.

ബുക്കിംഗ്/ റിസർവേഷൻ പോളിസി :

  • 1. ബുക്കിങ്ങുകൾ ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്, അതിനായി www.nelliyampathyecotourism.com മാത്രം ഉപയോഗിക്കുക.

  • 2. നെല്ലിയാമ്പതി സംരക്ഷിത വനമേഖലക്ക് വേറെ വെബ്സൈറ്റുകൾ ഒന്നും തന്നെ ഇല്ല എന്നും, അന്യ ട്രാവൽ ഏജന്റുമാർ, വെബ്‌സൈറ്റുകൾ മുഖാന്തരം ബുക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നതുമൂലം സന്ദർശകർക്ക് ഉണ്ടാവുന്ന നഷ്ട-കഷ്ടങ്ങൾക്ക് നെല്ലിയാമ്പതി സംരക്ഷിത വനമേഖല ഉത്തരവാദികൾ ആവില്ല എന്നും അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

  • 3. സ്പോട്ട് ബുക്കിംഗ് പ്രത്യേക സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ നെല്ലിയാമ്പതി സംരക്ഷിത വനമേഖലയുടെ വിവേചനാധികാരം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് മാത്രമേ ചെയ്യുകയുള്ളൂ.

  • 4. ബുക്കിംഗ് സമയത്തു ചാർജ് ചെയുന്ന തുക മുഴുവനായും അടക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

  • 5. ബുക്കിങ്‌സ്/ റിസർവേഷൻ എടുത്തതിനു ശേഷം മറ്റൊരാളുടെ പേരിൽ കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.

  • 6. റീഷെഡ്യൂളിങ്/ ക്യാൻസല്ലേഷൻ എന്നിവ നെല്ലിയാമ്പതി സംരക്ഷിത വനമേഖലയുടെ റീഷെഡ്യൂൾ ആൻഡ് ക്യാൻസല്ലേഷൻ പോളിസി അനുസരിച്ച മാത്രമാവും നൽകുക.

  • 7. ഓരോ പ്രോഗ്രാമിന്റെയും ചെക്ക്-ഇൻ ചെക്ക്-ഔട്ട് സമയങ്ങൾ കർശനമായും പാലിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. നേരത്തെ ചെക്ക്-ഇൻ ചെയ്യാനോ, വൈകി ചെക്ക്-ഔട്ട് ചെയ്യാനോ സൗകര്യം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

  • 8. ഓരോ പ്രോഗ്രാമിലും പ്രതിപാദിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ആക്ടിവിറ്റികൾ അതാത് പ്രോഗ്രാമിന്റെ കണ്ടിഷനുകൾ അനുസരിച്ച ആയിരിക്കും നടത്തുക.

  • 9. ഓൺലൈൻ ബുക്കിങ്ങിനായി സൗകര്യം പ്രദാനം ചെയുന്ന പേയ്മെന്റ് ഗേറ്റ്വേ ഈടാക്കുന്ന ചാർജുകൾ, കേരള ചെക്ക്പോസ്റ് എൻട്രി ചാർജ്, ടാക്സ്, സെസ്സ് മുതലായവ സന്ദർശകരിൽ നിന്ന് ഈടാക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. അവ ബുക്കിംഗ് സമയത് സ്‌ക്രീനിൽ കാണിക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും.

  • 10. ചെക്ക്-ഇൻ ചെയ്യുന്ന സമയത്തു ഇന്ത്യൻ പൗരന്മാരും, OCI കാർഡ് ഉള്ളവരും താഴെ പറയുന്നതിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു സർക്കാർ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ള തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖ കാണിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

  • 7. ബുക്കിംഗ് ഒരു വട്ടം ചെയ്താൽ, അത് മറ്റൊരാൾക്ക് മാറ്റി കൊടുക്കാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.

  • 8. ബുക്കിങ്ങുകൾ മേൽ പറഞ്ഞ കാരണങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ടല്ലാതെ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മറ്റൊരു തിയ്യതിയിലേക്ക് മാറ്റി കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ലാ.

    • പ്രോഗ്രാം ബുക്ക് ചെയ്ത തിയതിക്ക് 2 ദിവസം മുമ്പ് – അടച്ച തുകയുടെ 100%

  • 12. ബുക്കിംഗ് തീയതിക്ക് മുമ്പുള്ള അവസാന 48 മണിക്കൂറിനുള്ളിൽ വീണ്ടും ഷെഡ്യൂൾ ചെയ്യുന്നത് VIP സന്ദർശനം, ഭൂചലനം, കാട്ടുതീ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ശക്തമായ മഴ തുടങ്ങിയ സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ മാത്രമേ അനുവദിക്കുകയുള്ളു.
